Participants tab: Petition of Delinquency

This tab is used to identify the individuals and organizations, known as participants, that represent the interested parties on Common Pleas cases. Upon reaching this tab, the list of participants must be reviewed for accuracy based on the information that appears on the existing case. From a PACFile perspective, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania participant is considered the 'submitter' or the authority for filing the petition with the court.

As a proxy to the submitter, the person completing this filing has the authority to add any participants that may be missing from the available list (i.e. victims, co-juvenile offenders, parents, etc.).

No additional participants are needed

If the existing list of participants is complete, it is not necessary to add any information through this tab. Click NEXT to proceed to the Counsel tab.
